Hi! I'm Lynn from beautiful Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I'm married to my high school sweetheart of almost 30 years, and we have three wonderful kids. We spent our first eight years of marriage traveling while my husband played professional hockey, ending in Manchester, England. Now, we've been navigating parenthood for two decades, running our own real estate firm and juggling sports and school projects.

I love gardening, pickleball, my F45 workouts, and exploring all things health and wellness. My journey into health & wellness was prompted by a cystic acne outbreak in my mid-30s and my dad's battle with an auto-immune disease and cancer.
